Always Eden Events offers Full Planning & Design and Partial Planning services to support couples at different stages of the planning journey. Planning enhancements, such as venue selection guidance and rehearsal dinner coordination, can also be added for couples who need support in specific areas.

Many couples reserve their date 12–18 months in advance, particularly for Full Planning services. However, we are always happy to connect and explore how we can support you, even if your timeline is shorter.

We are happy to collaborate with any vendors you already love or have selected. We also provide trusted recommendations to help you build a vendor team that aligns beautifully with your vision, priorities, and investment.

Always Eden Events regularly plans weddings throughout Louisville, Bowling Green, Nashville, and surrounding areas, with travel within these regions included.

For celebrations outside of this radius, overnight accommodations may be required. We also welcome travel opportunities beyond Kentucky and Tennessee and are happy to provide a custom proposal based on location.

To ensure every couple receives a highly personalized and attentive planning experience, we intentionally take on a limited number of weddings each year.

Yes. I personally oversee every wedding alongside trained assistants, providing calm leadership, coordination, and hands-on support from early preparations through the final moments of the celebration.

Yes. We take care of décor placement, vendor coordination, and many of the final details as the night concludes. To help everything wrap up smoothly, we ask that one trusted loved one assist with collecting personal belongings.

Absolutely. Design & Aesthetic Direction can be added to Partial Planning for couples who would like guidance in creating a cohesive and elevated overall look. We help refine your vision so each detail feels intentional and beautifully aligned.

While our core planning services are thoughtfully structured, select planning enhancements can be added to tailor your experience to your specific needs and priorities.

Your wedding date is officially secured with a signed agreement and a 30% non-refundable deposit payment.
